Leaving early?

Office pick-ups at the end of the day are limited to emergencies only and medical appointments. Parents of students who are being picked up after school will need to notify the office before 12:30 p.m. on the day they are to be picked up. Early notification is important to ensure your childs safety and that students are not confused or upset with end of the day confusion during the dismissal process.  Also, please be sure to ALWAYS notify the office via email with a CC to the teacher for any early dismissals so that we can process them accurately and efficiently. This is the best way as it is in real time right to Mrs. Avery.

Also, the school does not open to students before 8:35 a.m. Please do not drop students off at any door here at PES before 8:35 a.m. Staff often need to be at other locations in the building to get work done before the building opens to students.
